Canada
Cap Shield™orders usually take 1-4 business days after leaving our warehouse to arrive depending on your location in Canada. Orders to the east coast can take up to 8 days to arrive. Please note all carriers are experiencing high volumes and some have suspended their delivery time guarantees, therefore we cannot guarantee your package will arrive by a specific date.
Cap Shields flat rate shipping costs are as follows
| Shipping to a BC address | Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $5.95 | Orders over $99 free |
| Shipping to an Alberta address | Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $6.95 | Orders over $99 free |
| Shipping to the rest of Canada | Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $8.95 | Orders over $99 free |
All Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited shipping which has tracking included. If you would like to update your shipping options so that you receive your package faster we offer you the option to do this in the cart while you are checking out. You will need to pay the extra shipping fees for faster service.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your shipment, if applicable.
You will be advised on the product page if the item you are ordering is out of stock, in that case your order will be shipped as soon as our supplies have been restocked.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES? If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, email us at info@capshield.ca NOTE: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
USA
Cap Shield will ship orders to the USA. However, our sister site @ capguard.us would be a faster and more affordable way to acquire your Cap Shield. If you are a Canadian resident that wants to send Cap Shields across the border please reach out to us via email and we will help you place that order info@capshield.ca.
International
Any international packages will be shipped with Canada Post using there Tracked Packet International service.

Please note: If an order is returned to us by our mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address being entered at checkout, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Please re-check your address at checkout!
Customs & Import Duties
Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this for further information.
Taxes
If you're in Canada, you will be charged the appropriate tax for your province (HST or PST) plus the GST. US orders are subject to customs and duty fees as well as whichever state taxes apply to your order.
