Refunds & Returns
Due to the intended use of personal protection via our Cap Shield product we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority so if there are any problems or questions you have in regards to fit or assembly, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Canceling Your Order
If you need to cancel your order please do so within 1-8 hours of placing your order. You can email us @ email@example.com or call us @ 604-371-0509 to cancel.
Please note that our customer service team works Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4 PM PST and will respond to cancelation requests during those hours.
Our shipping department works on a 24-48 hour fulfilment schedule. If you order before 12 pm PST Monday-Friday it is possible your order will ship the same day.
If you are not able to cancel your order before it ships out please call our office and our customer service team will be able to assist you with your cancelation request. We will ask you to refuse your package when your carrier attempts to deliver it and this will ensure that it remains sanitary and unopened. Once the package has arrived back at our warehouse we will process your refund.
Refunds through Shopify can take up to 12 days to show up on your credit card.
